I visited the South Beach location while on vacation last year. It is clear, the store focuses on trolling online prospective buyers. The sales reps in the store found my presence to be a nuisance to say it kindly and were hesitant to show me timepieces when I enquired. If you’re in the market for a luxury watch, there are simply much better choices out there. I suppose such service can only survive in such a marketplace where Swiss watch brands create manufactured controls on the availability of such timepieces.
Working with Mark at Wrist Aficionado was a top notch experience every step of the way. Mark was extremely responsive to all of my questions even when he was on vacation! From the initial submission of my online price inquiry for a coveted watch to the delivery of the beautiful timepiece, I felt that I was working with a trusted partner in this watch journey despite the fact that I was a first time customer. I found a watch that I was looking for a long time on their website. I went to the store in person and met Wai. He was very helpful and showed different samples of the same watch. During the time I didn't felt that I was forced to buy which was really nice. he was helpful and kind and he managed to deliver the watch to me as soon as possible. Donald found exactly the watch that I wanted, and it only took two weeks. They promised me a 2025, but found a 2026 unused, and didn't change the price that we had agreed to. The authorized dealer for the watch said that I would have to wait many months for the watch to arrive at their store, and couldn't assure me that I would be first in line when that watch arrived. Donald promised two weeks and delivered in two weeks.

We came across WA through a display at the Ritz on CPS. The inventory was spot on for our profile. I was able to select the timepiece I wanted and walk out the door with it on my wrist. Service was relaxed and frankly spectacular. Checking the price after it was excellent. My wife also walked out with a fabulous, cool bracelet.

I just received my new Aquanaut from Wrist Aficionado and I couldn't be happier. My model 5164G-001 was brand new last year and it incredible they had one new in the original box. Donald Chen was super to deal with and everything went exactly as he said it would. I will shop with Donald and AF again!
As a budding watch collector, I have spent a great deal of time researching the market for value and credibility. I have engaged many dealers only to have my spidey senses tell me to move on and look elsewhere. That did not happen with Wrist Aficionado. From the go I felt I was dealing with professionals. Even when there was a small misunderstanding literally due to typo, they moved quickly to correct the confusion even giving me a substantial discount for the trouble. From there all went perfectly and my Yellow gold Rolex SkyDwelker was delivered to my hotel in perfect condition. A few months later I came back for the AP CERAMIC Offshore i had my eye on. This time they acted very quickly to overnight my watch to another city I was in. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Wrist Aficionado will remain my go to for years to come.

I purchased a very exclusive Vacheron Constantin time piece that I'd been eyeing for years (1 of 150 in the world) from Wrist Aficionado, and it honestly could not have been easier. Wrist Aficionado was a pleasure to deal with. I had spent the last several weeks trying to purchase the watch I wanted from several other online retailers that claimed to have it in stock - only after I ordered it did they admit that they actually had to source it, and then failed to do so. Then those other vendors had the nerve to try to sell me a different model they could get. With Wrist Aficionado, they had the watch ready to go immediately after receiving payment... no smoke and mirrors. Also provided ample authenticity documentation to provide further comfort. I feel secure recommending them to friends and family.

I saw a watch on Chrono24 and got in touch with Vadim. He was very friendly and helpful. After a few texts I decided to buy the watch. With overnight shipping the watch was here the next day.
